Dein Profil
- Mindestens drei Jahre fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Transition- und Transformation-Projekten.
- Ein strukturiertes Vorgehen, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein gutes Change- und Eskalationsmanagement gehören zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
- Du bist Profi und nutzt gängige Projektmanagementmethoden wie PMI, SCRUM oder hybride Methoden.
- Wissen worauf es ankommt und erreichst Deine Projektziele ohne den Budgetrahmen zu sprengen.
- Dinge vorantreiben, proaktiv kommunizieren und Single Point of Contact in Deiner Projektorganisation sowie beim Kunden vor Ort sein.
- Sehr gute Deutsch-(mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse, Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen und idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
