The predicted salary is between 24000 - 42000 £ per year.
Deliver Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels (~70% of your schedule). Design and deliver 1:1 personal exercise sessions (Reformer or gym-based) and initial assessments that are progressive, safe and results-driven. Build and retain a personal client caseload through in-studio engagement and relationship-building. Stay current through CPD opportunities, internal training, and brand-led educational initiatives. Be an active contributor to our Circle of Care by referring clients to allied services (Physio, Clinical Exercise, Massage) when appropriate. Participate in studio team meetings, upholding studio culture and supporting front-of-house and management when needed. Maintain a clean, safe and professional training environment both in the studio and gym areas.
Experience teaching group exercise or dance classes. Good understanding of movement, form and anatomy. Passion for working directly with clients and helping them progress safely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy working face-to-face and building long-term client rapport.
