As a Site Supervisor Apprentice, you will be an integral part of the project team, assisting in the coordination and execution of projects from inception to completion. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in coordinating activities on site, inspections, and communicating with the team.
Training course: Associate project manager (level 4)
Hours: Monday - Friday, from 8.00am - 5.00pm. 40 hours a week
Duration: 3 years
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work:
- Supervise specialist contractors and site operatives on live construction and maintenance projects
- Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on site
- Record, control, and report on project progress and site activities
- Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating deliveries
- Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Use survey instruments and software to support site operations

Training:
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Face-to-face delivery at block release at Dudley College with other VINCI Apprentices. Accommodation and travel will be organised for you.

Essential qualifications: BTEC or equivalent in BTEC Extended Diploma (grade DMM to DDM); GCSE in relevant discipline (grade 4 and above)
Desirable qualifications: T Level in relevant discipline (grade Merit)
