Our Colleague Experience Co-ordinator plans and delivers our colleague engagement initiatives to create a sense of belonging in the business. They are passionate about creating an engaging workplace and manage all aspects of colleague engagement, from colleague listening to colleague celebration.

Find your role:

  • Leading the end-to-end management of the internal colleague engagement survey, including survey design, coordination with an external provider, implementation, and post-survey evaluation.
  • Overseeing internal colleague engagement awards by managing the process, engaging stakeholders, and developing a comprehensive communication plan.
  • Facilitating internal communication related to colleague engagement, creating briefs and ensuring timely updates on the intranet.
  • Developing and organising information packs to support colleague forum discussions.
  • Managing the colleague suggestion scheme, tracking progress and assessing its impact.
  • Managing financial processes, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and monitoring spend.

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
