Permanent - Full time - 35.0 hours per week

The Education Service Delivery Manager will lead and manage the Education and Training Service Delivery team, ensuring the delivery of high quality training. The manager will support the team, ensure operational efficiency and will embed continuous improvement in training delivery. As part of maintaining their own CPD, the manager will also deliver training.

  • We are seeking a dynamic leader with qualifications in teaching and verification alongside qualifications in health and safety and first aid.
  • You will have experience in developing courses, delivering training, and managing people.
  • You will be passionate about achieving the highest levels of customer care, quality standards, and delivering continuous improvement.
