PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Although not a direct line manager, the SDP SE&O lead will virtually lead across the SDP organization, DN/ISV Core, partner with the area SE&O leads and EMEA SE&O to deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for our people, which is critical as we land our FY26 strategy.

BUSINESS LEADERSHIP AND RESULTS: Operate as a trusted advisor to the CVP for SDP in driving Sales Enablement and Operations in the Area. Drive area performance, business planning, and operations, organization capability, and sales transformation in the area. Provide coaching to sales as needed, performance insights, understanding of Area execution plans, and active leadership in driving acceleration or back-to-green plans. Deliver upon growth aspiration for SDP, ensuring aligned EMEA-wide goals are translated into local execution with sellers across the Operating Unit (OU), to maximize white-space and share acquisition by territory. Leverage key market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence to coach leaders and sellers on market opportunities, mitigating risks. Use executive presence to influence decisions and proactively identify expansion opportunities. Drive co-sell initiatives with SDP partners to win and increase sales. Provide feedback on OU requirements to core EMEA & Global RoB and work to unblock systemic issues to drive results.

CONNECTED SALES AND MARKETING: Execute marketing strategy in partnership with regional CMO, ensuring area-specific needs are elevated for inclusion in the EMEA strategy. Work with go-to-market and marketing teams to coach sales teams for comprehensive solution play landing to drive FRA and share performance. Accountable for execution of marketing plans and budget management, ensuring compliance and trust. Sponsor Digital Signals Conversion and feedback loop, understanding and landing the importance of leveraging Marketing Signals across our seller community. Understand growth programs and initiatives across Solution Areas and Sales Plays, actively landing them with seller communities. Ensure impactful campaigns reach customers in OU through regional marketing.

SALES ENABLEMENT: Ensure sellers are enabled through partnership with regional go-to-market teams, including local sessions for impact. Support Solution Play adoption and readiness for Digital and ISV’s. Deliver against market-specific customer/partner requirements and strategic priorities. Ensure activation of the MCEM framework in OU and across markets. Support IAP landing, adoption, and usage through sales excellence teams in SDP. Coach teams on business and market knowledge, internal collaboration, and competitive positioning.

BUSINESS AND SALES OPERATIONS: Guide and coach Area LT to translate strategy into local execution, own and execute rhythms of the business, and support business planning and operations in collaboration with EMEA framework. Land FY strategies with local teams for business growth. Run ROB to improve financial and solution area indicators. Provide insights to demonstrate strategic success, remove sales blockers, and support key reviews. Lead and promote adoption of sales transformation initiatives. Support business process execution and upskill sellers on planning fundamentals.
