We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our clients\’ team as a HR Consultant. It\’s a full-time, permanent role. Location: Chester offices 3 days per week Hours: Monday to Friday Benefits: Private medical after probation, EAP, pension, supportive environment, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays What you\’ll be doing: Offering advice to clients on a wide range of matters including employment law and hands on HR Consultancy services Supporting with employment contracts, policies and company handbooks as well as other HR documents Managing and leading on formal HR processes such as disciplinaries, redundancies, grievances Delivering training sessions for Managers, MD\’s and CEO\’s on current employment law topics and best practice Supporting with various HR projects What experience you\’ll need? You\’ll be an experienced HR / Employment Law professional who enjoys advising and supporting with hands-on HR topics Strong and current understanding of UK employment law, best practices and employee relations Experience in chairing disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and TUPE consultations Commercially minded approach to problem solving ensuring clients receive practical and strategic guidance Enjoys managing a variety of client matters simultaneously Roberts Webb Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
