We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Relationship Management function for Asset Management clients. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and fostering long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a strong track record in solution-based sales, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and relationship management for Asset Management clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, optimizing account coverage and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Define and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with senior leadership, aligning with market trends and business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing and product strategy to drive sales initiatives, support product development, and contribute to long-term growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including consultants, associations, and regulators to enhance market influence.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance, fostering an inclusive and entrepreneurial team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of successful sales experience in a software/services organization, with a strong track record in global solution selling and team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the Asset Management industry, including investment types, risk management, and regulatory landscape.
  • Experience with asset management solutions (e.g., ALM, credit/market risk, regulatory reporting) is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., French or German) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented and collaborative mindset.
