We’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career, and someone with a genuine passion for fine dining and five-star hospitality. With the hotel fully operational 5 days out of 7 days each week, it’s one of those rare roles in hospitality where quality of life and career ambition can genuinely go hand in hand.

What you’ll need:

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with proven results at recognising and developing talent to retain your team.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to spot and unlock revenue opportunities.
  • Highly credible with the ability to develop relationships across all levels of the business, using this to influence business success.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, with guest satisfaction at the heart of every decision you make.
  • Experience within a strong weddings environment would be an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

  • Bonus potential of up to 10% of salary.
