An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales Team Leader to join the Exhibitor Sales Team based in Islington. This is a dual-role position involving both hands-on sales activity and the supervision of Sales Executives. You\βll play a key part in driving team performance, coordinating exhibitor marketing activities, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
Manage your own pipeline of sales leads and process exhibitor orders
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and order details
Weβre seeking a proactive and results-driven individual with strong sales instincts and leadership potential. Proven sales and negotiation skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Comfortable analysing data to drive decision-making
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
