We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our front-of-house team and help deliver outstanding experiences in both our restaurant and bar areas. If you’re passionate about service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

Supervising restaurant and bar service, ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience
Leading the front-of-house team during shifts, acting as a role model and point of contact
Delivering warm, knowledgeable hospitality in line with Cubitt House standards
Supporting team training, pre-shift briefings, and daily operational flow
Experience in a senior front-of-house or supervisory hospitality role
A genuine passion for food, drink, and delivering great service
