Senior Property Manager – Prime Essex Portfolio | £40,000-£45,000 Basic Hybrid Working – 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office

A highly respected, independent estate agency with a strong presence in East London is looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a thriving residential portfolio and help shape the future of their property management division.

What You\’ll Be Doing:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Essex
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers
Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships
Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations

What You’ll Bring:
Strong working knowledge of ASTs, deposit legislation, and compliance requirements
Experience leading or mentoring team members
Excellent communication and organisational skills
ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
