You will be a senior voice within the delivery team, working closely with the wider services team, project directors, consultants, and top-tier subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading mechanical coordination and design resolution across a major commercial development
  • Managing delivery, quality assurance, technical compliance, and programme risk
  • Overseeing commissioning, handover and close-out
  • Acting as the mechanical lead across design workshops, technical reviews and client updates
  • Working closely with construction leads to maintain programme and performance
