Position Description Job Title / Labor Category: Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Program Analyst Location: Norfolk, VA (Primary) Security Clearance Requirements: Secret Job Description We are seeking a Program Analyst to work in Norfolk, VA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing in-depth analysis and assessment of the RRL program plan, supporting scheduling and management of requirements development and training implementation for the Fleet and Type Commanders. Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on training systems such as CeTARS, FLTMPS, Navy e-Learning, AIM, TRMS, and requirements necessary to support Type Commanders. Consolidate and review training data to provide briefs and assessments. Develop briefing products to communicate analysis and assessments to senior leadership. Assist the RRL Program team in measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of RRL processes and training. Review training requirements from stakeholders and provide recommendations. Develop and review recommendations on individual training requirements for Enlisted career continuums. Assess impacts of training requirement changes on Fleet and Type Commander readiness.
