With £3m turnover and a target of 25% sales growth year on year, the business is heavily investing in the development of their industrial business unit. As a result, they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager with immediate effect.
The role of Sales Manager is a new position within the sales team, offering the opportunity to build and manage your own sales portfolio. Joining one other Sales Manager in the UK and reporting into the Director, this role offers the unique opportunity for a driven sales hunter looking for a role with the autonomy to drive your own success to achieve growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the sales process from new business development and enquiries through to proposals and quoting, before handing over to internal operations.
- Regularly visiting customers across the UK to understand their pain points, seeking opportunities for new business as well as re-engaging lapsed accounts.
- Driving the success and growth of your portfolio within the UK in order to achieve group sales targets.
