Ensure a consistently high level of service is delivered at all times.
Ensure table service is provided at the appropriate times.
Ensure staff are fully briefed prior to a service and event.
Ensure drinks are dispensed correctly, efficiently and meet the company standard.
Motivate your team to upsell and meet weekly targets.
Plan and execute bar-related events and promotions.
Provide support to the restaurant teams during meal service.

Control and minimise wastage.
