This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that prioritize user-centred design and innovative solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design intuitive systems, ensuring exceptional user experiences in a secure and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences. Execute all stages of the visual design process, from concept to delivery. Conceptualize original ideas that simplify and enhance complex systems. Facilitate client product visions by researching, wireframing, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences. Create detailed user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas. Take a user-centred design approach, testing and iterating designs rapidly. Present and defend designs to peers and executive stakeholders. Conduct user research, evaluate feedback, and refine designs accordingly. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements: Active SC clearance is essential. A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and practices. Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating: oExpertise in wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping. oProficiency in tools like InVision, Balsamiq, Figma, or Adobe XD. oVisual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Knowledge of testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility standards. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript for prototyping). Experience presenting designs and solutions to stakeholders.
