Asset Plus Mortgage Solutions is a growing, independent mortgage and protection brokerage and part of a wider group of property businesses, including an Estate Agency and a Property Concierge Service. This structure provides a strong, consistent flow of high-quality internal leads, allowing advisers to focus on advising and converting business.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced CAS-qualified Mortgage Adviser to join our office-based team in Burnham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Manage cases from enquiry to completion
• Convert company-generated leads into completed business
• Achieve and evidence agreed sales targets
• Maintain excellent compliance and client outcomes

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualified with CAS status (essential)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commutable to Burnham (office-based role)
