What You\’ll Do
Own acquisition strategy across Meta, PPC, SEO and new channels
Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team
Optimise £500K+ monthly budgets with creative-led campaigns
Oversee experimentation, creative testing and channel diversification
Dive into campaign execution when needed
Collaborate with product, data and brand teams to improve full-funnel performance
Build scalable systems for attribution, reporting, and growth
What You’ll Bring
Strong experience in DTC/B2C performance marketing
Deep Meta expertise with a creative-first mindset
Proven ability to lead strategy and execution at scale
Experience managing large budgets and senior-level reports
Strong understanding of SEO, CRO and analytics
Background in both agency and in-house environments
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, subscriptions or regulated industries
Track record scaling startups in D2C/B2C markets
Commercial mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
