Our motto is simple: clear, concise, and commercial advice . We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support our growing corporate team. You’ll be working on real transactions from day one, supporting solicitors with M&A work, shareholder agreements, restructures, and general company law matters.

Manage due diligence processes and maintain data rooms.
Conduct legal research and assist with general company secretarial matters.
We value energy, enthusiasm, commercial sense, and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Law degree (minimum 2:2 or equivalent).
LPC (or SQE preparation) completed, with Company Law or M&A electives preferred.
Previous experience as a paralegal in a corporate/commercial team is essential.

Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and legal research tools.
