About the Role
As a Salesforce Loyalty Solution Architect, your primary focus will be designing, implementing, and optimising loyalty programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping customer engagement strategies through scalable, secure, and high-performing loyalty solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement loyalty program strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Design loyalty features such as point systems, tier structures, and reward catalogues
- Ensure loyalty solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals
- Integrate loyalty programs with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party platforms
- Lead solution design discussions with clients and stakeholders
- Optimise data flow, campaign execution, and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end loyalty solutions
- Maintain DevOps pipelines using tools like Copado
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and manage project deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in loyalty program architecture and implementation
- Deep understanding of Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com)
- Salesforce Architecture certifications required
- Experience with Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Omnistudio)
- Strong data modeling and API integration skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
