About the Role

As a Salesforce Loyalty Solution Architect, your primary focus will be designing, implementing, and optimising loyalty programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping customer engagement strategies through scalable, secure, and high-performing loyalty solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement loyalty program strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Design loyalty features such as point systems, tier structures, and reward catalogues
  • Ensure loyalty solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals
  • Integrate loyalty programs with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party platforms
  • Lead solution design discussions with clients and stakeholders
  • Optimise data flow, campaign execution, and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end loyalty solutions
  • Maintain DevOps pipelines using tools like Copado
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and manage project deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in loyalty program architecture and implementation
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com)
  • Salesforce Architecture certifications required
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/Omnistudio)
  • Strong data modeling and API integration skills
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
