Work closely with other departments to maintain quality and performance. What We\’re Looking For: Formal apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience in injection moulding (preferred but not essential). Hands-on experience with robotics, hydraulics, and PLCs. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
