My client is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join their thriving branch to work either Primary, Secondary or SEND desks.
Education Recruitment Consultant:
After a range of schools, you will be expected to build upon the existing relationships we have with schools in the area, assisting with their daily, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs.
- Business development calls with schools and arranging client meetings with HR managers, headteachers, etc.
- Full recruitment lifecycle management to progress and convert sales leads.
- The recruitment process from start to finish.
- Meet/exceed agreed financial targets.
Be able to work full-time Monday-Friday 7.a UK, full driver's licence, hours in school holidays (5.5-hour days in the summer holidays).
