Graduate Test Software Engineer – RF & DC Semiconductor Testing
You must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. As a Graduate Test Software Engineer, you’ll be involved in the software development and support of RF and DC wafer-level test systems used in semiconductor production. This hands-on role is perfect for recent graduates or junior engineers looking to build their programming skills and gain practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and collaborate with product, process, and production teams to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot test software solutions that help ensure product quality and test efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software for RF and DC automated test systems
- Support the introduction of new product tests and test automation
- Assist in RF/DC test development including S-parameters, power, and noise figure testing
- Perform test data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., SPC, wafer maps)
- Help troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues in production test systems
- Support and train test technicians and production staff on software tools
- Collaborate with Technology Development, Reliability, and other teams to improve test processes.

- HND or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
