For this role you will be supporting the Head of Marketing & Communications UK and working alongside the Content Marketer and the Tegria marketing team to plan and deliver campaigns, communications initiatives and manage key digital channels. In this position you will lead on a portfolio of work, projects, and initiatives, covering all elements of events, campaigns and communications, including digital communications, external communications campaigns, change and transformation, media handling and more.
Core responsibilities
- Work with the VP of Sales (UK) to plan campaigns and events that promote services to drive interest and increase lead pipeline.
- Work with the sales team to manage and nurture the lead database generated from the campaigns.
- Work with the VP of People Culture & Compliance to plan campaigns and events to promote Cloud21’s Employer Brand Value Proposition to attract and retain talent at Cloud21.
- Track the performance of campaigns, collating and assessing data to report on the effectiveness of marketing activity.
- Create the briefs for content requirements, setting campaign and communications goals.
- Produce a broad range of written communications to disseminate and amplify content across internal and external channels; using experience to identify the right styles for specific audiences.
- Plan and oversee our marketing calendar across all channels, including the website/blog, email newsletters, social media, events and content.
- Organise Cloud21's internal and external events programme including trade shows and owned events.
- Deliver communications and engagement plans for specific projects, such as acquisitions, company reports and internal change programmes.
- Manage Cloud21's industry awards programmes, working with stakeholders to identify award criteria, collating evidence and create winning submissions.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or related field and/or extensive experience in corporate communications, journalism, public relations or agency, focused on communications and campaign development.
- Previous experience working for digital health organisations or in the NHS.
- You’re a meticulous planner and very organised and thrive when in organisation and planning mode.
- You’re commercially aware and understand how to build and manage company reputation and sensitivities.
- You are audience focused.
- You have a keen interest in digital platforms and how companies should be leveraging them, staying up to date with developments.
- You have experience in measurement of campaigns and can analyse data.
- You have experience with Salesforce (or CRMs) and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and have an eye for detail.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Wordpress.
