Due to a recent restructure, we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team based in Manchester. This role will cover five different properties in three locations: Hyatt House & Regency in Manchester and London Stratford, and Hyatt Place London Heathrow.
This role is crucial in managing our online presence, engaging with our community, and driving our brand’s message across various platforms in line with Hyatt International's brand standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams – such as Food and Beverage, Sales, Operations, Digital, and Brand – to create a range of promotions and stories to be used in all communication activities on a monthly basis.
You will be responsible for our influencer outreach programme, working both with external agencies and internally. You will be responsible for planning and hosting the quarterly content gathering week across all hotels, working with an external contractor to get stills and video to be used in all communications for that quarter.
You will assist the Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral, to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximise the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national, and international markets.
Location: Based in Manchester with regular travel to Stratford London and London Heathrow.
