Community Specialist

Overview: We’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead an internal implementation of NetSuite ERP on a 6-9 month contract. You’ll be the key point of contact between the business and the external system integrator (SI), while also managing internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone confident navigating ERP projects in fast-paced, global environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the internal project lead for the NetSuite ERP implementation.
Own the relationship with the SI, driving timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
Coordinate internal teams to gather requirements, test functionality, and manage change.
Track project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Translate business needs into clear system requirements and workflows.
Champion best practices across configuration, data migration, and user adoption.

Requirements:
Proven track record leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
Strong understanding of NetSuite’s core finance, reporting, and workflow capabilities.
Experience managing SIs and working in cross-functional environments.
Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business teams.
Background in ERP project delivery, ideally in service-led or regulated industries.
