We are looking for a Lead Engineer to oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical excellence on some of the most prestigious residential projects in the industry. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business, takes pride in delivering quality work, and wants to shape both their role and the projects they lead.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, maintaining high standards across all project phases
- Take ownership of complex fault-finding, programming, and system commissioning
- Oversee snagging, system testing, and client handovers
- Liaise with on-site trades, identify challenges early, and ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct physical site surveys and service visits
- Occasionally support on installation work and showroom product testing
- Collaborate with the Technical Director on system design (optional)
- Be available during occasional out-of-hours emergencies - flexibility goes both ways
