You are an Influencer Marketing specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience managing paid influencer campaigns.

About the role: We are looking to hire an Influencer Executive who is excited to continue learning about the world of influencer marketing while honing your skills as a client services professional. This junior level position will be tasked with leading influencer outreach and will also have the opportunity to interact directly with clients and senior management. Our perfect candidate is someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, who is organised and a team player, and has experience communicating with influencers across beauty and consumer brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • At least 2 years minimum experience in Influencer Marketing
  • Experience managing paid influencer campaigns
  • People and relationship oriented, cares about clients, team members, influencers and mentorship
  • Strong interest in influencer and social media marketing
  • Proficiency on prominent influencer social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Fluency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and corresponding platforms
  • Growing self & team-management skills and willingness to dive head first into tasks

Influencer Discovery:

  • Lead on the list pull process to ensure influencers align to the campaign strategy based on key messaging, brand aesthetic, campaign goals, influencer strategy (demos, categories, tiers, criteria), etc. for each account.
  • Lead the charge with sourcing new, up and coming influencer partners for our clients.

Partnership Management:

  • Oversee paid influencer partnership outreach through to completion.
  • Responsible for the negotiation of low/mid reach paid partnerships in an efficient and effective manner, utilising data to inform decisions.
  • Lead the end to end influencer collaboration process, inclusive of updating master documents.
  • Manage scope of work delivery.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Support team in monitoring for influencer posts.
  • Ensures accuracy of performance analysis daily and weekly.

Client Management:

  • Prepare daily and weekly status updates.
  • Act as champion of creative content, adhering to client standards.

General:

  • Elevate issues with influencer collaborations, being proactive with next steps.
  • Assist on any special projects for additional clients if needed.
  • Research and share industry trends to ensure we’re staying ahead of the curve.
