About the Job
The Registered Nurse: Supports the clientβs achievement of safe, realistic, and reasonable goals by assessing, planning, coordinating, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and transitioning nursing and other care services for the client. Develops, implements, and adapts care plans; delivers direct care; assesses service eligibility; and provides care management to help clients manage their own care and navigate community services. Enhances quality of life for clients and families; collaborates with other healthcare providers. Demonstrates continuous improvement and evidence-based practice in nursing. Maintains and advances own clinical competence. Participates in designated committees, teams, and research projects as assigned. This is a casual opportunity. Casual employees are not guaranteed hours and may work from 0 to 37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
