As an integral part of the customer journey, you will:

  • Be the first on-site point of contact, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain the company’s role and next steps.
  • Assess and validate claims by reviewing damage, taking detailed photographs, and accurately documenting all areas requiring attention.
  • Carry out necessary safety, security, or repair measures, adhering to all operational and legislative standards.
  • Conduct damage surveys, measure accurately, and specify required work or parts for straightforward cases.
  • Use a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to ensure all information is accurately recorded and compliance steps are followed.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork, time sheets, activity logs, and vehicle checks promptly.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety and Information Security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required, within the scope and competence of the role.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Essential: A valid driving license.
  • Experience as a Glazier or locksmith would be desirable
  • Desirable: Basic within a trade such as glazing, locksmithing, or fitting. Relevant trade qualifications are a bonus but not required.
  • A personal, approachable, and empathetic demeanour that puts customers at ease.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and empathize effectively.
  • A customer-first mindset, ensuring the best possible experience at every touchpoint.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
