Full Time: Permanent

Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Newcastle

Hybrid: 2-3 days office

Salary: £30k to £35k DOE plus bonus

Our client is a growing and highly innovative technology solutions business with a national network of offices and wider global presence. They are seeking an experienced Bid Executive or coordinator to manage the end to end bid process, working closely with senior stakeholders to collate relevant content, and produce the tender documents. You’ll manage resources to meet submission and specification requirements across both corporate and public sector bids.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading the bidding process for new business opportunities as well as retenders and renewals.
  • You will gain experience within public and private sector opportunities, including pre-bid strategic work and capture planning.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, you will develop winning strategies for new business pursuits.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for fast track progression to a Manager role.

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in managing bids within the technology sector is desirable not essential.
  • 1+ years of experience in bid management.
  • Experience in capture planning and pre-bid strategic work.
  • Experience managing complex proposals.
  • Experience in both public and private sector bidding, highly beneficial.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
