We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to join one of the most innovative FinTechs transforming how financial institutions handle post-trade workflows, data automation, and operational complexity. If you've sold to banks, custodians, or asset managers — and thrive on solving real infrastructure problems — this one’s for you.

🚀 The Opportunity

This global FinTech is scaling fast in the UK and across EMEA. Their cloud-native, low-code platform is built to replace outdated legacy systems and help the world’s largest financial institutions automate post-trade, reconciliations, tax, regulatory reporting, and onboarding workflows.

The product is battle-tested and enterprise-ready — already in use by Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, asset servicers, and major market infrastructure firms.

Now, it’s time to grow their UK commercial footprint — and you’ll be at the heart of that expansion.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business with large financial institutions across the UK and Europe
  • Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders — from operations and technology to C-level
  • Understand the details of financial data workflows and help solve real operational pain
  • Collaborate closely with solution consultants and product teams to shape winning proposals
  • Be the voice of the market — feeding back on trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Represent the firm at industry events and in strategic client meetings

âś… What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in capital markets or financial infrastructure
  • Strong domain knowledge in post-trade, reconciliations, client onboarding, or regulatory/data operations
  • Experience selling to banks, custodians, asset managers, or other financial institutions
  • Comfortable with long-cycle, high-value sales and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Based in or near London, with the ability to work hybrid and travel as needed
