Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment processes, including job descriptions, sourcing channels, interviews, and offers. Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback. Proactively source candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, job sites, agencies, and universities. Participate in recruitment projects and events, including career fairs and university partnerships. Assist with graduate recruitment processes, including screening and interviews during peak periods. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment. Qualifications: Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within financial services. Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing high interview volumes or graduate recruitment is advantageous. Strong emotional intelligence and workload prioritization skills. Experience with ATS systems, especially Avature, is preferred.
