We are hiring for a Lead Technical Architect to join a specialist consultancy team solving real-world, mission-critical challenges across the UK public sector. You will be driving the design and assurance of complex systems and integrations at the core of national programmes, collaborating with suppliers, stakeholders, and senior client teams to define technical direction and ensure successful delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading architectural vision and technical strategy across enterprise-scale programmes
- Ensuring supplier solutions meet technical, commercial, and security standards
- Guiding and mentoring client teams through complex design decisions
- Aligning solution delivery with business outcomes and governance frameworks
- Defining roadmaps, supporting tenders, and influencing technology transformation
- Acting as a bridge between business, architecture, and delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep expertise in application and integration architectures
- Significant experience with systems integration and supplier delivery assurance
- Experience with secure systems, governance frameworks, and compliance (GDPR, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of architectural methods, tools, and transitional strategies
- Ability to create and communicate clear architectural documentation and roadmaps
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Eligible for high-level UK security clearance
