Imperial Brands PLC is seeking an ESG Data Management and Software Support Assistant to join our team for the successful implementation of a new Non-Financial Reporting software solution. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major software implementation that enhances sustainability and compliance efforts within the organization. Position Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Principal Accountabilities Set up and configure the new Non-Financial Reporting software to align with organizational needs. Conduct system testing, identify issues, and ensure data integrity through thorough analysis and reporting. Oversee data migration processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data before and after migration. Roll out the software across the organization, including creating user guides, training videos, and other essential documentation. Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of the new software system. Monitor the system pre- and post-launch to ensure smooth operation, and conduct ongoing quality checks to meet required standards. Skills & Experience Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience: Previous experience in a data or technical role, preferably with software implementation projects. ESG Knowledge: An understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics is desirable. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
