A leading independent corporate finance boutique is looking to bolster its high-performing team with an experienced Associate Director . Based in Milton Keynes , the firm is known for its hands-on, partner-led approach to mid-market M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors.
As Associate Director, you\’ll play a central role in originating and delivering transactions. From day one, you\’ll work closely with Partners and clients, owner-managed businesses, private equity, and dynamic growth companies.

Prepare high-quality marketing materials, valuations, and financial models
Drive project management and coordinate due diligence workstreams
Support business development, including client meetings and networking
Mentor and develop junior team members (we\’re big on talent growth)

5–8+ years’ experience in corporate finance/M&A (practice, boutique, or investment banking)
~ ACA/ACCA or CFA qualification (or equivalent)
~ Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering great outcomes for clients
~ Genuine career progression – a clear path to Director and beyond
