Deliver efficient and accurate administrative and secretarial support to designated legal professionals.
Provide exceptional client service across all communication channels, maintaining a professional and friendly approach at all times.
Accurately produce legal documents, correspondence, and other materials via typing and digital dictation.
Maintain organised filing systems in line with office procedures, ensuring timely completion and proper record-keeping.
Assist with processing financial transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain awareness of data protection regulations.
Solid understanding of legal administrative processes and willingness to stay current with procedural updates (specific legal knowledge beneficial but not essential).
Competent in Microsoft Office and case management systems (training available).
