Senior Affiliate Executive

The RoleAt Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.This time, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Affiliate Executive who will be working with Joe from our Marketing team.What you will be doingThe Senior Affiliate Executive will help develop and optimise our Affiliate programme with a global focus (Primarily UK, USA, Germany, and Australia). This role is key in driving the development and day to day management of our international Affiliate portfolio, driving KPIs around incremental growth, new customer generation and improving sales performance.The role will also support other business areas, including retention marketing and the retail teams, in running Affiliate marketing campaigns to drive growth across the business.Acting as our Affiliate champion in the business, it will push the online agenda wherever possible and will need to interface with key senior level colleagues across the business.What we are looking forTo be our next superstar you will first and foremost be an experienced Marketeer with a minimum 1 year of Affiliate Marketing experience. You have strong analytical skills, are highly numerate and data-driven in your thinking.
