We are seeking a strategic Operations Manager to lead the operations of a growing COMAH-regulated chemical manufacturing business based in the East Midlands. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing site operations, driving business-wide improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targets
