Weβre looking for an experienced Account Handler/Broker to join a thriving and dynamic team, supporting a wide portfolio of clients with a first-class service.
- Delivering exceptional customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face when required.
- Liaising with insurers and managing policy queries.
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
- Experience working under delegated authority facilities (advantageous).
- Confident with Microsoft Office and in-house insurance systems (Acturis preferred).
Competitive salary up to Β£40,000 (depending on experience).
Hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 from home).
