Commercial Account Handler - Commercial Insurance

We’re looking for an experienced Account Handler/Broker to join a thriving and dynamic team, supporting a wide portfolio of clients with a first-class service. Delivering exceptional customer service via email, phone, and face-to-face when required
Liaising with insurers and managing policy queries
Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
Experience working under delegated authority facilities (advantageous)
Confident with Microsoft Office and in-house insurance systems (Acturis preferred)
Competitive salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid working model (3 days in-office, 2 from home)
