Be the cornerstone of HR comprehensive services As a HR Coordinator, you will be a key member of our HR team, providing full HR administration and coordination services to the HR team and internal/external customers. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries. Responsibilities include: Administering HR processes and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle Maintaining and updating HR systems with employment-related information Preparing letters and contractual changes, including flexible working and reference requests Handling initial HR inquiries and managing the HR mailbox, ensuring timely responses Collaborating with external parties on benefit administration and managing supplier relationships Providing general administrative support, including organizing events and maintaining the expense system We\’d love you to have Previous experience in HR administration, general administration, or customer service roles is desirable Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality Motivated, eager to learn, and a good team player who can work independently Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different, and the way people want to work and perform at their best varies.
