Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) has an assignment available for a Software Team Lead with a leading Aerospace and Defence company known for innovation within their sector. We are looking for a Software Team Lead to develop new capabilities at the forefront of Aerospace technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Team leadership
- Communicating development needs to line managers
- Hands-on development
This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35.
Preferred experience for this role includes:
- Previous leadership experience of software teams
- Background in embedded software (ideally)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Active SC clearance
