The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will work within a team helping to define regulatory requirements and key metrics to manage Financial Crime and AML risk for BOIUK. In this role, you will:

  • Ensure Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) requirements are fully met for all BOIUK products.
  • Review and interpret customer data in a timely manner and make recommendations on EDD cases to the AML Risk Manager.
  • Contribute to relevant projects during the secondment period as required.
  • Handle queries as they arise by telephone or written correspondence.
  • Action outgoing and inbound calls by telephone with customers.

  • Minimum of three years recent experience in an AML role within financial services.
  • Ability to analyse information and apply logical thinking to identify the key issues and points.
  • Self-starter who is used to working autonomously with minimum supervision.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to effectively make decisions.
  • Practical experience of Financial Crime risks, controls and issues within financial services or consumer banking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

More about the team: BOIUK works in partnership with other brands to provide governance, business analysis support and supplier management for BOIUK products. The Senior AML Analyst role is part of 1st line of defence within the Operations Director Governance & Risk team in BOIUK.
