We are hiring a Country Manager to lead Newton’s entry and expansion in Europe. As our first hire in Europe, you will wear multiple hats: business development, client management, local strategy, and market enablement.
Business Growth & Sales- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of iOS app developers, agencies, and enterprise marketers.
- Build awareness of Newton through events, webinars, and industry networking.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with mobile ad networks, MMPs, publishers, and local app communities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback and insights to our product and engineering teams to enhance localization and performance.
- Take full responsibility for local operations including light-touch compliance, reporting, and coordination with Affle HQ.
- Represent the Newton brand with professionalism, local fluency, and strategic clarity.
8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech, mobile app growth, or B2B SaaS—preferably with a strong sales or partner development track record.
Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
