We are working with a fast-growing, people-first consultancy based in Belfast, known for solving complex problems through practical, human-led solutions. This opportunity has arisen due to continued business growth and exciting new client projects.

The Managing Consultant will play a key role in client delivery, internal capability building, and team development.

  • Lead on solution design and delivery for client engagements across change, technology, and transformation
  • Shape and manage small delivery teams to drive performance and results
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants to strengthen internal talent
  • Contribute to internal service development and proposition building

6+ years' consulting experience in generalist or cross-functional roles

  • Ability to flex across change management, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement
  • Confidence facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and storytelling with data
  • An appetite for innovation and growth in a non-traditional consulting environment

30 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays)
