Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well recognised design agency who are currently looking to expand their Account Management Team. The role will be responsible for assisting in new business generation as well as building long term relationships with existing clients.
Main Responsibilities of the Sales and Account Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Generating new sales opportunities in conjunction with marketing resources.
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term relationship and conversion into key accounts.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Manage new leads and projects through our CRM system.
- Monitor CRM reports (e.g. KPI’s, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Check and sign off customer sales invoices.
Experience of account management, customer communication and effective interaction with stakeholders across design, procurement, and production is required. A commercial mindset with strategic decision making skills is essential. An ability to deliver projects and answer enquiries on time is also necessary.
