Role Purpose: Based at Ansty Golf Club in Coventry, the Golf Operations Manager will oversee daily golf operations, ensuring excellent service and a high-quality experience for members, guests, and visitors. The role includes managing golf staff, optimizing use of ‘Golf Manager’ software, and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include: Oversee Daily Golf Operations: Manage tee-time reservations, course flow, and implement policies to maximize playing opportunities. Golf Retail: Maintain inventory, oversee equipment and merchandise, and ensure safety and maintenance standards. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Lead and train staff, resolve customer issues, and foster an inclusive environment. Golf Days & Societies: Manage event logistics, ensure value, and promote repeat bookings. Member Engagement: Communicate with members, organize events, and support competitions. Financial Management & Revenue Optimization: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify profitability opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have proven experience in golf operations management, excellent customer service skills, a passion for golf, proficiency with ‘Golf Manager’ software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage P&L performance.
