Want to have every other week off? We are seeking a full-time On Call Visit RN to work closely with the triage nurse team to support clients in the home setting from 5pm to 8am. The Community Hospice team delivers care to patients in the community, providing a wide range of skilled nursing care and support. We are an interdisciplinary team collaborating to support patients in remaining in their preferred setting, their home. The first 5 hours will involve intentional work such as admissions; the rest of the time, you need only be available for urgent calls.
RN II and RN III candidates are considered for this position.
Requirements:
- Candidate must live within reasonable driving distance to our service area, as on-site visits are made to patients\’ homes in Chittenden and Grand Isle counties.

Incentives:
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for external applicants.
- Evening and Night Differentials range from $2 to $5.20.
- Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off.
