Salary: £32,448 to £35,490 Annum

Hours: 7.15 am – 5.30 pm Mon – Thu (39 hrs)

The Panel Wirer Role

• Assist in the manufacturing of top-quality units for electrical switchgear systems.
• Work from detailed CAD created drawings and schematics
• Ensure maintenance of all company equipment
• Operate machinery and equipment expertly, ensuring seamless execution of tasks in line with established procedures
• Collaborate closely with your team to meet and exceed production targets and deadlines
• Uphold our company\’s standards and deliver products of unmatched excellence
• Adhere to 5S principles, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

What you\’ll need to join us as a Panel Wirer

• Demonstrated experience in electrical wiring manufacturing or similar
• Demonstrated experience with hand tools and power tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrate initiative and precision, adhering to strict quality standards
• Independent and able to work under tight timelines with exceptional time management and the ability to multi-task
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
